Administrative Coordinator – Professional Conduct

Administrative Coordinator – Professional Conduct

Reporting to the Complaints Director, this position provides essential administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of professional conduct processes and organizational priorities. This full-time role involves a variety of responsibilities, including administrative task management, policy and project support, and collaboration with internal and external partners.

Your Primary Responsibilities

Shared Management of Administrative Tasks

  • Coordinate and manage administrative activities to support the Professional Conduct team.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of professional conduct matters, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Prepare documentation and correspondence related to professional conduct proceedings.

Partner Communication

  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external partners, addressing inquiries related to professional conduct matters.
  • Facilitate communication between the Professional Conduct team and other CRNA departments.
  • Ensure timely and professional responses to partner requests.

Policy Administration and Documentation

  • Support the development, review and implementation of policies related to professional conduct.
  • Monitor adherence to relevant legislation and organizational standards.
  • Ensure all documentation is accurate, compliant and accessible.

Project and Workflow Coordination

  • Assist in managing workflows and project timelines to ensure the timely resolution of professional conduct cases.
  • Provide logistical and administrative support for meetings, hearings and other professional conduct activities.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Data Management and Reporting

  • Maintain and update databases and systems related to professional conduct.
  • Generate reports and analyses to support decision making and compliance tracking.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

What You Possess

Education

  • Completion of a post-secondary program in business administration, office management or a related field.

Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience in an administrative or coordination role, preferably within a regulatory or professional conduct setting.
  • Demonstrated experience in record management, partner communication and project management.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Attention to Detail: Commitment to accuracy and thoroughness in all aspects of work.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with diverse partners.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office Suite, database management and digital collaboration tools.
  • Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills to address challenges and develop effective solutions.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.
